A Study On The Factors Affecting The Satisfaction Of Urban Community Pension Service

In the late twentieth Century,the family planning policy as a basic national policy in China began to implement.The family planning policy has greatly reduced the birth rate.In recent years,with China's entering into an aging society,the proportion of the elderly in the total population of our country is getting higher and higher.This phenomenon is accompanied by a series of social problems,such as the aging problem.The problem of old-age support for the elderly has attracted much attention and heated discussion from experts and scholars from all walks of life.In many ways of pension,the most common is the family pension and institutional pension.But there are some inherent drawbacks of these two ways of pension and the current family structure is mainly 4+2+1 type.Obviously,these common ways to support the elderly cannot meet the needs of the elderly.The community endowment is not only a supplement to the Institutional pension,but also can make up for the burden of young people in the family pension.It can meet the diverse needs of the elderly pension.Because it is a way of old-age care which government led and community support for the elderly.It is bound to be an important way of future pension.Currently,Jinan city tried this way of pension in Shandong province.The city carries out a lot of community pension services and collects these items for feedback and evaluation,which helps to optimize the smooth development of pension services.The author collects data by questionnaire and interview in the community.It is helpful for the government and the community workers to understand the satisfaction of the elderly through the analysis of the satisfaction of the elderly to the community.Taking this as the basis,we should take measures to improve the work,so that the community pension work is more perfect,and then promote the development of community care in a comprehensive manner.Based on the literature review,this paper first chooses the image of the environment,the image of the staff,the tangibility,the guaranteeability,the reliability,the responsiveness,the empathy and so on,which may affect the community.Seven Major Factors of Satisfaction in Aged Service.The pre-refer answers to the questions raised in the study,and the interrelationship between them,and then put forward the hypothesis of the results of the satisfaction.And then combined with the status quo of the operation of community service in Jinan City,community pension service content,service quality model to build the evaluation index system of the elderly satisfaction.In the middle,Jinan City,Shandong Province was selected as the research object for field interviews and questionnaires.Then,the survey data were collected and analyzed by factor analysis and regression analysis.The results showed that the factors were satisfied with the community service The size of the impact Finally,based on the above content,such as expanding the content of pension services,improve the level of professional services,increase the government support and other targeted countermeasures and suggestions.As a guide to guide the future urban community pension service practice.
