Research On The Satisfaction And Influencing Factors Of Community Nursing Service

With the further deepening of aging,the city's “silver crisis” is also approaching and showing an irreversible trend.How to stabilize the risk of urban aging in the context of the “double high” of population aging and urbanization is urgently needed to be solved today.Reality and theoretical issues.As an important city supportive carrier in “one master and two assistants”,community pension is an important pillar of building a full-coverage,multi-level,multi-support and multi-agent pension service system based on home-based,community-based and institutional supplements.Therefore,how to accurately sense the current level of community pension satisfaction,explore its influencing factors,and then support the community to support the community pension service system,and achieve an effective means of accurate supply of policies and services.In view of this,this paper selects the advanced nature of the construction of pensions in Guangzhou cities and communities with representative pension issues,and builds a conceptual framework for community pensions through literature review and theoretical conciseness.System;then through 33 streets in its 11 jurisdictions.3303 elderly people were surveyed,and satisfaction surveys on service functions,service availability and service support were conducted.At this stage,the needs and coverage of aged care services in Guangzhou community were further inquired;To avoid the subjectivity of the indicator system,this study uses the factor analysis method commonly used in academia to further reconstruct the indicator system,and uses the index weight to construct the function of urban pension problem,and measure age structure,spatial difference and residence type.Different types of seniors are satisfied in different aspects;finally,factor scores of factor analysis are used as dependent variables,and multiple linear regressions are carried out with independent resource coverage,community pension demand and family support as independent variables to explore whether they are Effective and significant.The study found that the most urgent needs of the elderly resolve the safety needs of their health risks,followed by the physiological needs and emotional needs;in terms of resource coverage,the coverage of new community pension facilities and services in Guangzhou is still at a lower level.Community satisfaction is the focus of this paper.From the analysis of statistical analysis results,satisfaction is at a medium level.In the reconstructed index system,the weights are ranked as medical service support system,talent support system,service function system and service access system;the satisfaction status of different types of elderly people is different,and the age structure is lower at the lower level.The higher the satisfaction of the people,the lower the satisfaction of the elderly who are farther away from the central city.The satisfaction of the elderly living alone,living with the spouse and the elderly living with the children is decreasing.The regression analysis shows that the demand for facilities in the old-age needs Environmental demand and service demand have a positive impact on community pension satisfaction.The coverage of facilities and services is also significantly positively correlated with satisfaction.The support and cash support of children in family support significantly affect the level of satisfaction.Finally,this paper proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the research results.First of all,we must accurately grasp the needs of the elderly,provide differentiated aged care services,and dynamically track the satisfaction of the elderly;secondly,we must optimize the allocation of old-age resources,improve the construction of community pension facilities and services,and promote the construction of professional quality service personnel with policies.Teams;cultivating the social atmosphere of respecting the elderly and filial piety,and strengthening the main role of family security is also one of the effective ways to effectively improve the sense of happiness of the elderly.
