Research On Community Function Construction In Ethnic Areas Taking Yanji Community As An Example

The community,as a community of residents living on the basis of regional and social interaction,is a social platform for the govern ment to contact,communicate and work with the community and the mass es.As one of the basic units of the city,the construction and manag ement of the community is very important for the benign operation and coordinated development of the society.The level of community const ruction in minority areas reflects the economic,social,cultural and other aspects of the ethnic areas in a certain sense.From the refor m and opening up nearly 40 years,the minority areas of economic,cul tural,social and other aspects in this process has been the developm ent of different levels at the same time,the CPC Central Committee a nd the national minority autonomous areas according to their own situ ation,formulated to promote the implementation of the local social d evelopment policies and regulations.Speeding up the construction and development of the urban community,which is a grass-roots mass self-government organization,also promotes the construction,improvement and strengthening of the community function in the minority areas.S ince eighteen,the development of community construction in the new p eriod the direction put forward,that is to improve the residents' au tonomy,strengthen community services,the new direction of building innovation community,with the advance of new urbanization,are the n ew opportunities and challenges to the community construction in chin a.At present,studies on community construction involves much broad er,results,but the study on the community construction and the deve lopment of the new period to supplement and improve,especially the r esearch on the construction of the city community function in ethnic minority areas need to upgrade and attention.Yanji city as the capit al city of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,and is located in Ch ina' s border areas,in the community construction and the function of other minority areas are similar,but due to the particularity of Ko rean customs and the particularity of the region of Yanji City,Yanji city community construction and development should have different ch aracteristics.The in-depth analysis and discussion.Based on the research achievements of literature research to our country city community and minority areas of community building,to t he city community and ethnic community construction as the background,select the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Yanji city street s,representatives of community and social organizations such as the case analysis,the function of community construction as the focus of study,discussion at present the function of community construction in Yanji city problems and reasons.At the same time,research result s compared to other minority area community construction,combined wi th China' s relevant experience of community construction and communit y function construction and related regulations and policies,put for ward to further promote the function of community construction in Yan ji city can be used for reference and feasible suggestions,which pro vide reference for construction of the national mutual embedded commu nity.
