Research On The Construction And Optimization Of CSA "SHARE" Model

With the improvement of the level of the resident consumes and health consciousness,the demand for safety of organic agricultural products gradually increases.On the other hand,the market consciousness of farmers has enhanced,and they began to seek stable markets actively.In the process of the supply and demand appears gradually,more and more consumers and producers begin to join the CSA.This paper build a CSA“SHARE”model by referring to a large number of domestic and foreign literature and development experience of CSA and basing on the theory of consumer behavior,innovation theory,agricultural multi-function theory and sustainable development theory.And then,this model was made aoptimization by the research with Hefei citizens'awareness of CSA and willingness of participation.In the hope of this model would make a contribution to the development of CSA in Hefei.This research mainly consists of the following seven chapters:The first chapter is preface,this chapter analyzed the research background,and the research significance briefly,and introduces the research contents,research methods and innovation and deficiency briefly.The second chapter is literature review,according to refer to a large number of domestic and foreign literature,they are about the concept,the rise of the concept of community support agricultural power factors,two subjects,share and support,the problems and countermeasures.And the this chapter has carried on the comprehensive review,in order to provide theoretical support for later construction of“SHARE”model.The third chapter for the definition and theoretical basis,this chapter defined the CSA,CSA farms and organic produce clearly.And this study is based on the theory of consumer behavior,innovation theory,agricultural multi-function theory and sustainable development theory.The fourth chapter is to build the“SHARE”model,by setting the target mechanism,the operation principle,funding and operating mechanism.“SHARE”model is target to promote the development of agricultural production and sales system,ensuring the members of a healthy life as the goal,and the principle of it are risk-sharing,benefit sharing,organic security,local straight for the production and sales and trust.And it mainly includes supervision Shared,health Shared,activities Shared,Risk Shared and Education Shared.The fifth chapter is the study on the awareness to CSA and the participation willingness of"SHARE"model in Hefei city.According to the questionnaire analysis,the results show that the public awareness is not ideal,mainly affected by the individual characteristics and the participation of relevant activities.The public's willingness to participate in the“SHARE”model is high,especially the health shared plate with the organic safety of agricultural products as the core.The residents are willing to pay higher than the average price of 0.5-1.5 times the price of ordinary agricultural products.And the inhibitors are price is too high,in short supply,traffic and time inconvenience.Model output of agricultural products,nearly 90%people are willing to pay an annual rent of less than 2,500 yuan a 30m~2 land of the annual output,nearly 60%of the public want to carry out organic agricultural products distribution services.The sixth chapter is about optimization proposal.According to the results of market survey,the model was optimized and improved in the mode to add the operating conditions,and made a localization correction.The seventh chapter is about the conclusion and prospect of the research.Some problems in the research and the expectation of the follow-up research are put forward.
