The Research Of Minority Archives' Centralized Protection In Xinjiang National Archive

Xinjiang has been a multiethnic areas in history,Xinjiang minority archives have historical and cultural value and practical value that is difficult to match in the present society.Xinjiang minority archives have their own characteristics:the first,from the view of formation,Most ethnic minority archives are formed by the central government and local management institutions of various historical periods,personal form of the document in folk is less;Second,minority archives have archives,ancient books,cultural relics in a variety of forms,was concentrated in the national comprehensive archives,a small number of files stored in the library,the ancient office,museums and other cultural system units;Third,the files of the various ethnic groups are more dispersed affected by the archivist,it's did not form a minority minority,but scattered in the archives of the various organs of the whole.The challenge of centralized protection of Xinjiang minority archives by the various units of custody conditions,the means of protection constraints.This paper investigates the current situation of the preservation of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang,and found some problems in the centralized protection of Xinjiang ethnic minority archives,put forward the following improvements:The first,the realistic basis of the practice of centralized protection of Xinjiang minority Archives——Archives library construction,file storage and so on in Chapter?.Second,the legal basis of centralized protection of Xinjiang minority archives——Chapter II,Chapter III regulations on the protection of the archives of ethnic minorities in archives,ancient Books,cultural relics and cultural heritage,and Property Law of the People 's Republic of China and Archival Law of the People 's Republic of China,analyze existing problems and improve ideas.Third,planning and implementation of centralized protection of Xinjiang minority archives——The fourth chapter puts forward that the comprehensive archives of Xinjiang should implement the protection plan of minority archives,increase capital investment,improve the policies and regulations,support the implementation of the protection of ethnic minorities.Fourth,the specific means of centralized Protection of Xinjiang minority archives——The fourth chapter elaborates from three aspects of archives collection,flexible focus,digital protection.This paper explored the feasibility and concrete measures of centralized protection of Xinjiang minority archives,to promote the protection of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang and national cultural heritage.
