Study On The Management Strategy Of The Floating Population In The Outer Suburbs Of Large Cities Under The Background Of Industrial Transformation

As an important part of social management,population management plays an important role in the economic growth,social development and population reproduction of a country or a region.Since the reform and opening up in China,the rapid urbanization process has been through 38 years of reform and opening up,population mobility has become the most important factor affecting the level of urbanization and population redistribution.Although the floating population has promoted the economic and social development of the big cities,the population inflow has caused the shortage of public resources in the big cities,which has increased the pressure of the social service and social management of the big cities.The formation of floating population management is not a short duration of time,and the contradiction with the passage of time is also changing,so in the basis of accurate grasp of the current situation on the problem of floating population management,can effectively solve the problem of floating population,especially in the management of the floating population problem in big city suburb under the background of industrial transformation.Located in the city of Shanghai in Fengxian District,Fengxian District is located in the suburbs of Shanghai,has made some achievements in the big city suburb in the long-term management of floating population,but in the background of industrial transformation in management ideas to break through the management mechanism and the need to rationalize,industry guidance effect does not appear,the social integration of migrants and other issues.This paper analyzes the existing in the industrial transformation and development under the background of large suburban city floating population management and problems through the system,put forward the management of floating population should set up new management concept,to establish industry leading mode,improve the floating population service management mechanism,strengthen the social integration of floating population and countermeasures.The article is divided into five parts.The first part elaborates the background,theoretical and practical significance of the research,and focuses on the research of Chinese and foreign scholars on the floating population.The second part defines the concept of floating population,and expounds the theory of floating population management.The third part introduces the basic situation of Fengxian District industrial transformation and the current situation of floating population.The fourth part,based on the analysis of the current situation of the floating population in Fengxian District,analyzes the problems existing in the management.The fifth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to the problem of floating population management.
