Research On Information Resources Management System Of Manufacturing Company From Value Driving

As the deepening and developing of information technology used in enterprise, the emergence of E-business and the rise of the knowledge economy, the enterprise information resources management has been increasingly an important subject in academia, government circle and practice circle. About the view "information is one kind of important resources, and it can produce value" has been gotten wide understanding in theory, but it shows great differences in enterprise information resources management and in the information construction in enterprise. That is, information is one kind of important resources in theory and it can produce value, but the efficiency of the value transforms from the information resources is very low in practice. The reason is that the law of process of receiving and using information and of the process that value been produced from information has still been at the stage of recognizing from experience. It has not been forming a theory system made of system knowledge in order to guide practice with information construction of resource management of enterprise information. In view of this, using theory and method of value management, this thesis will analyze the foundation of the law about obtaining and using the enterprise information resources, and will study the mechanism that the transformation from information resources to value in one enterprise, offer theory according and meaningful guide for information resources management and information construction in practice of one enterprise.This thesis is on the basis of studying, carrying on existing domestic and international achievement in research, probe into mainly (1) the relation among the composition and the relation between enterprise information resources and value in manufacturing enterprise; (2) appraising models on value of information resources of manufacturing enterprise;(3) the information resources frame of management system of enterprise with value driving;(4) the mechanism that getting and transforming value by information resources management in manufacturing enterprise using the form of value chain.
