Analysis Of The Obstacles Of Social Organizations Participating In Home Care Service In The Context Of Multi-agent Interaction

In recent years,with the number of old people keeping increasing,aging problem becomes more and more serious in China.With the reduction of family size,the increasing number of empty nest families,the demand for aged care service is increasing sharply.This leads to the traditional family pension mode from the hitherto unknown challenge,bring heavy burden and pressure to the service for the aged society.China began to promote the socialization of pension services and encourage social organizations to provide pension services.In recent years,more and more social organizations began to provide the elderly with diversified and specialized pension services.However,for various reasons,the development of China's social organizations participating in home care services is still in the early stage.Based on this situation,it is very meaningful to pay attention to social organizations and study the coordination of social organizations and other departments.This is conducive to the improvement of policies and will raise public awareness of social organizations.Ultimately,it will promote the development of social organizations and further develop the elderly services industry.The study adopts the quality-oriented method and selects three social organizations in Shanghai as the research object consciousness.This paper analyzes the present situation of social organizations participating in the home care service and the cooperation between the social organizations and other departments.First of all,this study defines the concept of home care service and social organization;Secondly,the author describes the background of social organizations participating in home care service;Thirdly,this study selects three social organizations as the research object,collects research date through depth interview with founders and managers of social organizations,community workers and government officials.On this basis,this paper introduces the establishment,staffing,management structure and funding sources of the organization.On the other hand,it summarizes the cooperation of social organizations and other subjects.Finally,the paper summarizes the difficulties of social organizations participating in home care services from the perspective of government,community,family and social organization itself.This study also proposes the role of social organizations in the home care service and put forward policy recommendation.
