The Research On Logistics Model Of Community Endowment In Convenience Store

The problem of aging population is becoming more and more serious,and we need to deal with it.Community pension is the most important old-age mode in our country.The demand for community service for the aged is expanding.At present,the contradiction between supply and demand is outstanding.It is imperative to innovate the new type of community old-age service mode and expand the effective supply of service.In the home-based,community-based,institutional pension service system,medical support combined with multiple levels,how to promote the healthy development of community home care,is a major social problems.Convenience stores as the most common community service agencies,the use of their own platform for the development of community integration services,has a unique advantage.In this paper,through literature research,comparative analysis and interviews research,focuses on the study of community endowment mode,analysis of current situation of community endowment and the problems of convenience stores to participate in community endowment feasibility analysis,research and explore the convenience store community endowment mode based on the platform,and further put forward the construction idea and implementation strategy.This paper is divided into seven parts:The first part is the introduction part of this paper.On the basis of summarizing the background of population aging in China,this paper draws the significance of research and research methods.It is proposed to vigorously develop community endowment,and build a community pension model based on the convenience store platform.The second part summarizes the related concepts and theories.Including population aging,pension industry,convenience stores participate in pension and so on.The third part focuses on the convenience store to participate in community pension feasibility analysis.It describes the policy environment,the needs of the pension market,the basis for the development of convenience stores,and convenience stores to participate in community pension advantages.The fourth part proposes the construction idea of the community pension model based on the convenience store platform.Through the industry alliance to strengthen the community pension service function integration,we can build community pension 020 platform.Then,it further expounds the five sections of the platform's convenient shopping system,the community kitchen service system,the health management service system,the housekeeping service system and the logistics distribution system.The fifth part puts forward the implementation strategy of the community pension mode based on the convenience store platform.It includes striving for government support and project establishment,establishing good customer communication system,implementing alliance strategy,strengthening publicity and promotion.The sixth part makes a case study on Tianjin Jingong supermarket.It lists the main mode of Tianjin Jingong supermarket participation in community endowment.The seventh part is epilogue.It expresses the purpose of this article to provide ideas for the construction of the community pension model based on the convenience store platform,and to encourage more scholars to make efforts to innovate the community pension service model.
