Analysis Of The Process Mechanism And Influences Of Citizen's Political Participation In We Media Era

Since the media is an individual can use Internet technology,the use of shared interactive platform for timely release of information as a medium,with the popular,personalized,strong interaction,fast communication and so on.Citizen's political participation is a citizen's attempt to influence the government's public decision-making and public management in various ways.In our country,self-media avatars are web applications such as Weibo,WeChat and so on.As a new media technology,it contains not only social attributes but also political participation functions.Based on Weibo,WeChat and today's headlines,this paper attempts to use the theories of cyber-democracy,civic culture and public domain to study and deduce the ways of realizing the citizen's political participation in our country since the media age.This article analyzes the subjects,topics and types of media political participation from the aspects of gender,geography,age,education,occupation and other aspects to analyze the structural features.Taking the hot topics in 2016 as an example,And focus on the relevant discussions;and based on the contents of the rights of citizens' political participation,the types are divided into four types:network crowd observation,online voting,supervision by the internet public opinion,and network suggestion.Based on the analysis of the above situation,the logic of the process of self-media political participation is abstracted.At the same time,combining the typical case of "Hangzhou nanny arson case" confirms the advantages and disadvantages of citizens' political participation in the media era.Finally,Made thinking.This paper argues that we should view the relationship between media and citizen's political participation in a dialectical way,create and consolidate the actual space and scale accepted by all parties,fit the media's growth,and guide and nurture rational and healthy media participation from the media.
