| In the process of rapid development and rapid transformation of China’s social economy,the most important factor restricting the modernization of Chinese society is the cultivation degree of farmer’s civic consciousness,which is the main body of rural social modernization.China has a large rural population,and the cultivation of farmers’ civic awareness is more important than other aspects.The population of our country is mainly concentrated in the vast rural areas.Under the influence of feudal society for a long time,the rural areas gradually formed a more serious consciousness of small farmers,although the rapid economic development and social changes made the consciousness of small farmers fade away,but it was not completely eliminated.The majority of farmers still have more conservative and obsolete thoughts Thinking about ideas has become the main obstacle that restricts the process of rural modernization in our country.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the cultivation of farmers’ civic consciousness for speeding up the pace of rural modernization and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.On the basis of combing the literature and materials of many scholars at home and abroad about the connotation and cultivation way of citizen consciousness,this paper insists on the method of combining theory with practice,and makes a non-comprehensive investigation on the present situation of citizen consciousness of farmers in our country by means of questionnaire.Combined with the results of the investigation,the present situation and causes of farmers’ civic consciousness are analyzed and studied in depth,and constructive views are put forward on the cultivation methods and approaches of peasants’ civic consciousness at the present stage.This article is divided into four parts,the first part of the theory of citizenship is briefly described.From the perspective of the historical development of western society and Chinese citizenship,this paper analyzes the development of western society and Chinese citizenship.The definition of citizenship consciousness of our country and our country is elaborated and explained in detail.The second part is the cultivation value of peasant citizen consciousness in our country.First of all,it analyzes the emergence of farmers’ awareness of small farmers,the main characteristics of the awareness of small farmers,the negative impact of the awareness of small farmers,and then expounds that the cultivation of farmers’ civic consciousness is conducive to the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,and is conducive to giving full play to the main force of farmers.It is beneficial to the improvement of rural economic system,to the development of grass-roots democracy and to the internal requirements of national modernization.The third part is the status quo and cause analysis of peasant citizen consciousness in our country.Through in-depth research and analysis,we can see that Although the citizen consciousness of peasants in China has formed at this stage,there are still bottlenecks that need rapid development.The vast number of peasants are affected by historical factors,market economy and democratic politics,and so on.The enthusiasm for participation in the democratic political life of farmers,the awareness of law,the cognition of subject consciousness,the construction of ecological environment and the cultivation of mutual cooperation consciousness need to be actively cultivated and promoted.This paper holds that the main reasons for the lack of citizen consciousness are the imperfection of the cultivation mechanism of the rural citizen consciousness,the backwardness of the rural economy,the restriction of the dual household registration system,and the negative influence of the feudal traditional culture.The fourth part is about The path choice of the cultivation of farmer’s civic consciousness mainly includes the following aspects: perfecting the cultivation mechanism of farmer’s civic consciousness,laying the economic foundation of the farmer’s civic consciousness training,developing the rural market economy system,and vigorously promoting the rural industrialization.The process of industrialization,providing the political guarantee for the cultivation of peasants’ civic consciousness,perfecting the system of villager autonomy,expanding peasants’ orderly political participation,actively and steadily reforming the dual system of urban and rural areas,strengthening the cultural foundation for the cultivation of peasants’ civic consciousness,Carry out various forms of culture and education,build the atmosphere of farmers’ lifelong learning,eliminate the peasants’ bad customs and habits,and shape the fine new appearance of the countryside. |
