A Research On The CPC's Advantages In Public Opinion Guidance

Since its appearance in history,public opinion has functioned as sort of an important social force,and aggregate public outcry has greatly influenced democratic politics,ideology and social order in one country.The Communist Party of China(CPC)has developed theories about public opinion which are significant parts of Marxist theoretical system,and gradually formed a consistent public opinion guidance ideology in practice.China has achieved great achievements in the New Era.However,it is still necessary to pay attention to the rapid occurrence of public opinion,caused by reconstruction of ideas and interests in the process of social transformation as well as in complex social environment.Faced with new changes and situations in the New Era,it is of great theoretical and practical value to focus on the ability build-up of public opinion guidance.The overall objective of this article is to sort out the order of public opinion guidance development in our country,to analyze conditions of public opinion in different historical periods,to summarize the CPC's practical experience in terms of successful public opinion guidance,and to find out solutions to strengthen public opinion guidance on the basis of existing advantages.In Chapter 1,the author gives a general introduction of the topic of the thesis,including background,value of the topic,research methods,innovative highlights as well as inadequacies of this article.In Chapter 2,the author analyzes the significance of public opinion guidance,as to why public opinion needs to be guided.First of all,it elaborates the evolution process of the concept of public opinion,and analyzes its scientific connotation and characteristics,and then leads to the concept and essence of public opinion guidance,and finally discusses the significant role of public opinion guidance.In Chapter 3,the author examines experience of the CPC's public opinion guidance,i.e.the advantages of the CPC in guiding public opinion practice.The author tries to find out some successful experiences by reviewing the formation of public opinion guiding ideas and practice of public opinion mechanism in our country.In Chapter 4,the author describes situations faced by public opinion guidance in the New Era and attempts to outline opportunities and challenges which have been brought to public opinion.The author explains Xi Jinping's theory of public opinion guidance and points out methods to strengthen public opinion guidance in the New Era.
