With the development of new media technology,the era of We-media has arrived.With its advantages like low threshold,timely release of information,fast information dissemination speed,good interactivity,etc.,We-media is greatly acclaimed by the public,and becomes an important access for the public to get information and exchange ideas.It has not only greatly changed the social methods of the public,but also profoundly changed the public opinion pattern.Looking back at the public opinion events in recent years,it is easy to find the presence of We-media.While promoting and supervising the settlement of public opinion events with the effect of attracting public attention,We-media also reveals drawbacks like spreading false information and irrational emotions,etc.,which has greatly increased the complexity and difficulty of the government to deal with public opinion events.How to correctly face the impact of public opinion from We-media,guide the correct direction of public opinion,and resolve the public opinion crisis have become an important proposition for government departments at all levels.In view of the above mentioned facts,the author studies the public opinion guidance provided by the government in the era of We-media.Starting with the concept of We-media and public opinion,and the formation mechanism of public opinion in We-media era,with the specific case of A Departmental Level Officer Get Bullied in Sanya" as the penetration point,this paper adopts case analysis,logical reasoning,demonstration and induction and other research methods to identify,analyze and solve the problem.The paper analyzes the performance,deficiency and immanent cause of Hainan government in guiding public opinion of We-media,and further put forward the strategies that the government should follow in guiding public opinion in We-media era.It is creatively proposed in the paper that the government should abandon bureaucracy nature while facing We-media public opinion event,communicate and solve the problem sincerely,timely reveal information and avoid rumors,stress that even in the face of public opinion pressure,the government should be based on facts,be selfless,adhering to the bottom line,fair and objective,and be consistent in words and deeds.In fact,protecting the public interest and the legitimate rights and interests of citizens is to maintain their own image and improve credibility.
