Research On The Plural Welfare Supply Of Poor Children In The Central Region

Since 1949,China has achieved good results in child welfare work.With the rapid development of the social economy,the problem of rural poor children has been closely watched by the state and society.Various relevant work departments in China have successively issued policy documents on the welfare of rural poor children.The formulation and implementation of welfare policies are conducive to the development of the welfare of rural poor children.At the same time,they have also improved the living conditions of rural poor children to a certain extent so that they can grow up healthily.At present,there are still many deficiencies in China's welfare policies for rural poor children.Due to the limitation of time,funds,and ability,the author selected the Yilan Village of Yongcheng City,Henan Province in the central region according to his own advantages to carry out field research,and obtained questionnaires and interviews to obtain data on impoverished children needed by the Institute.Yongcheng City promulgates and implements related child welfare policies.It has a certain understanding of the welfare provision pattern and demand satisfaction of rural poor children in central China,as well as children's living conditions.Through research and analysis,it has been found that although the implementation of child welfare policies has resulted in a substantial improvement in the basic lives of some impoverished children,the work on the welfare of impoverished children is still not complete,and all aspects are still immature.The needs of poor rural children are not met.Until the time of satisfaction,the rights that should be enjoyed have not been well protected compared to the ordinary children and the children groups that the country's policy focuses on.The author found in the survey that there are still many problems in the welfare work of poor children.These problems have affected the normal needs of poor children and cannot allow them to enjoy their rights properly so that they can not live and grow better.The author believes that there are deficiencies in the provision of welfare for rural poor children,mainly from the family,the government,and the society.First,from the family perspective,due to family poverty and other reasons,resulting in lack of capacity in all aspects,it can not objectively meet the children's living needs.Secondly,from the perspective of the government,there are currently four issues related to the lack of integration of child welfare policies,the problems in the implementation of policies,the imperfections of child welfare agencies,and the small government investment in impoverished children.problem.Third,from the social perspective.The public lacks awareness of non-governmental organizations,non-governmental organizations lack a certain degree of credibility,and there is a lack of direct cooperation between the government and non-governmental organizations,resulting in non-governmental organizations unable to fully play their role.Therefore,in this study,in order to address these issues,we provide an in-depth understanding of the status quo of children living in poverty in the region and the current state of welfare provision from the perspective of the subject of children's welfare provision.In response to the existing problems in the policy of welfare provision,we propose corresponding solutions for rural poverty.Children provide a good living environment.
