Research On The Implementation Of Beautiful Village Policy In Zhejiang Province

Since the reform and opening up,great progress has been made in China's agriculture,and great changes have taken place in farmers' lives and rural environment.However,with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,some new problems have emerged in the development of agriculture and rural areas,which are highlighted as follows: the increase of peasants' income is weak,and the income gap between peasants and urban residents is widening;Rural public services,inadequate infrastructure,production and living conditions have deteriorated in some aspects;agricultural production is under-powered.At present,it is an important task to build a well-off society in an all-round way,realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and complement the shortage of rural development.The Party and government have always attached great importance to the problems of agriculture,rural areas and peasants for a long time.After proposing to carry out the construction of a new socialist countryside at the Fifth Plenary session of the 16 Central Committee,the Party and the government clearly put forward the strategy of implementing the rural revitalization strategy on 19 th CPC National Congress,trying to solve the problems of backward rural environment,slow agricultural development,difficulties in increasing farmers' income,and to realize the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.Beautiful countryside construction as a carrier of the socialism new rural construction and rural rejuvenation0 strategy,on the one hand,promotes rural development to keep pace with the overall development of the country by improving the rural ecological environment and optimizing public infrastructure.On the other hand,by focusing on the "material wealth" and "spiritual wealth" of the peasant masses at the same time,we will improve the status of farmers and enhance their sense of well-being and happiness.As the birthplace and practice place of the beautiful rural construction,Zhejiang Province starts early,has a good foundation,and having certain representative in the field of rural construction in China.On the basis of literature analysis and field investigation,this paper analyzes some counties in Zhejiang Province through the research on the implementation of beautiful rural policy in Zhejiang Province.(City)Under the guidance of the beautiful rural policy,the rural areas in Zhejiang Province in the habitat environment,industrial development,income growth,cultural prosperity and other aspects of the changes.At the same time,it is also objectively pointed out that the implementation of policies in beautiful villages is influenced by the importance attached by party committees and governments at all levels,the executive power of grass-roots governments,the fighting capacity of village-level organizations,and the village collective economy,and so on.It is pointed out that the construction of beautiful villages must set up a new concept of rural development,broadening the channels of funding sources,resolving the plight of hollow villages,increasing public investment and service guarantee in rural areas,strengthening democratic autonomy,and deepening the reform of rural systems.For the future implementation of the beautiful rural policy and the construction of beautiful villages,promote the realization of the grand blueprint of rural revitalization strategy to provide scientific decision-making basis.
