Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has been developing rapidly and the process of urbanization has been accelerating.The change of economic development pattern has broken the original geographical limit and the trend of population movement between regions has become increasingly prominent.In the mid1980 s,our country emerged the first batch of large-scale population flow,namely,"the tide of migrant workers".With the increasing trend of family floating population,a special group named migrant children emerged from this special group.Because of the influence of the household registration management system and the education management system,the migrant children's basic education right in the floating place cannot be guaranteed.In the year of 1994,the migrant children's education problem began to get the attention of the scholars of our country.With the deepening of academic research,this issue has also attracted the attention of education departments in China,and the relevant government departments have issued policies to protect the educational rights of migrant children.At present,the educational policy of migrant children in China mainly includes the policy of compulsory education and the policy of college entrance examination in different places.On the basis of ensuring the compulsory education of migrant children,the educational needs of migrant children are further satisfied.Based on the theory of social work,this paper takes the perspective of development as the breakthrough point.Mobile children's education policy is comprehensively interpreted with the research methods of literature research,field investigation and so on.First,the author grasps the relevant contents of the migrant children's education policy to finds out the key problems of the policy,and then puts forward the research angle and method of this article in view of the current situation of the migrant children's education.Then through related concept of the migrant children education policy,the theory and the policy concrete content elaboration,the deep interpretation,the appraisal have been raised about the related policy.In the end,the research conclusion and the policy proposal have been put forward.
