Welfare orphans and disabled children because of long-term living in the orphanage,out of the family care, so attracted the attention of society. Some of the orphans and disabled children in our country live in the centralized parenting model, and some in foster families, this study is living in the orphanage in the mode of concentration of orphans and disabled children. Living in this mode of orphans and disabled children,only in the food and clothing and other substances have been the most basic care, in the psychological and spiritual level, the welfare of the centralized mode of care to a large extent can not meet the needs of children, so that children's Autonomous development has not been a good guide, it has been in a low degree of autonomy in the development stage. This article mainly through the theory and methods of the case social work to Puyang City Children's Welfare Institute to reach the normal level of intelligence, have a certain capacity of orphans and disabled children as the object of study, to analyze the status of their autonomy, to recognize the current welfare children The problems in the development of autonomy, that is,poor self-awareness and autonomy. From the perspective of cognitive learning theory, communication theory and advantage point of view, to intervene in the development of children's autonomy, to cultivate the welfare of children's homes, so that orphans and disabled children to establish self-reliance, to express their inner thoughts and control their own emotions Awareness and ability, and summarize and evaluate the results of the intervention.The first part of this paper summarizes the background and significance of the topic,domestic and foreign research summary and research methods. The second part introduces the concept of independent development of orphans and disabled children, the theory and work skills needed for the study. The third part analyzes the main problems,causes and the basic situation of the living in the welfare school. The fourth part of the case to the entire implementation process to intervene in the case, specifically divided into melting ice, establish self-confidence, self-consciousness into three stages, from these three stages to promote self-confidence of children with orphans to overcome inferiority complex, learn to control their own Anxious mood, learn to take the initiative to express their inner thoughts, to form their own thinking mode, in the face of problems with their own way to solve. The fifth part summarizes the research conclusion and puts forward some suggestions on the mode of parental rearing.
