Labor is one of the most basic rights of people.As a member of society,every citizen needs the right to work.Labor can achieve self value while participating in social life,get remuneration for labor and improve the quality of life.In China more than 8500 people with disabilities,employment has far-reaching significance for the disabled and their families,if able to engaged in labor,rely on the ability to earn the cost of living but also can achieve self value,existing cognition can make society better,more by the disabled,improve the social status of the disabled.Therefore,strengthening the guarantee for the employment of the disabled has an important role for the development and improvement of the whole society and the improvement of quality.Employment is a more important part of the content of China's existing laws and regulations on protection of disabled persons,provisions on the employment security system in China Disabled a lot,but because of the late construction of disabled security industry in our country,the existing system can not be with the rapid development of the social economic level to match the need to further update and perfect.Studying the employment security system for the disabled is of great significance for improving the employment rate of disabled people,improving the social status and quality of life of disabled people,and promoting the harmonious and unified development of our society.This article mainly takes Gongzhuling as an example,from the two angles of China and the developed countries,to study the employment security of the disabled in China in line with the existing national conditions.From the definition and theoretical basis of the concept,the status and existing problems of the employment security of the disabled in our country,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and Research on the problem of employment guarantee for the disabled in our country.At the same time,we draw lessons from the experience of the employment security of the disabled in developed countries,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the problem of employment guarantee for the disabled in China.In order to ensure the employment of the disabled by means of laws and regulations,the employment of the disabled can be facilitated by multi-channel,multi-channel and multi-dimensional.
