Analysis And Optimization Of Demand For Elderly Care Services In Beijing

With the deepening of the ageing population in Beijing,the problem of elderly care for the elderly has become a social hot issue that people are paying close attention to.From 2010 to 2014,both the number of elderly people in Beijing and the proportion of the elderly have increased significantly,and the demand gap for old-age care services has become more and more prominent,targeting the “silver-haired wave” that has already arrived in Beijing.The potentially huge old-age care market has brought about.Then,how large is Beijing’s old-age care market? How should old-age care services be allocated so that the balance of supply and demand for the entire elderly care service in Beijing can become a major solution to the problem of the elderly care service in Beijing? The most important thing is to have a very high theoretical and practical significance through the measurement of the needs of elderly care services and the optimization of the arrangements for old-age care facilities.This paper takes the elderly care service in Beijing as the research goal.First,based on the census data,the population actuarial model was established using the age shift method of population actuarial science,and the population of the population by age and gender in Beijing and each district was calculated from 2011 to 2030..Secondly,based on the estimated demographic data,according to the experience of foreign service areas in the developed countries,the relationship between nursing staff and the elderly population was found out.A model for the needs of nursing care workers was established.The calculation of Beijing,the various districts in 2011-2030 was calculated.Demand for nursing care workers.The calculation results show that by 2030,the demand for nursing care workers will reach 728,542.Then,based on the elderly population structure data and the “9064” development plan in Beijing combined with the status quo of nursing staff in Beijing,we pointed out that training 4,000 nursing and nursing staff members annually from 2017 will basically meet the needs of institutional aged care services.Demand,training 12,000 a year will be able to basically meet the needs of institutional and community care services in 2030.Again,using Beijing 2010 census data and data on bedspaces and addresses of various pension institutions in Beijing as of 2017,two mobile search methods are used to assess the accessibility of Beijing’s old-age care facilities,and recommendations are made based on the results obtained.Finally,it is concluded that the training of elderly nursing staff should be intensified,and multi-channels and multi-channels should be used to professionally cultivate nursing and nursing talents,improve salary and social status of nursing staff,guide rational investment in social capital,and guide the establishment of scientific and diversified pension clothing.
