Based On The Theory Of Social Capital Coleman Community Grids Management Research

Increasingly along with the social change,social environment becoming more complex,the traditional pattern of community governance has far cannot satisfy the needs of the residents,in the innovation of community governance model,under the environment of community grids management has become the current community governance model of "mainstream".Therefore,study of community grids management for the future development direction of community governance has the important significance.Is based on the zibo city as an example,study from the perspective of social capital,as is the current community grids management present situation as the breakthrough point,found the shortage of its measures and analyzes its internal reasons,put forward the perfect measures.In this paper,the text part is divided into five chapters altogether.The first chapter is introduction,mainly to this article research background,research purpose and significance,literature review,relevant concepts and theory,research methods and research process in this paper.The second chapter discusses the current situation of zibo is community grids management,introduces the grid of zibo is community governance practices as well as the results,it is summed up as broaden relation network,building social capital,rapid access to information,integration of resources from four aspects,compared with too of community governance,realize the innovation in the system,the service level improved,and the diversification of the governance body could be achieved.Grid of the third chapter is zibo is community governance problems and cause analysis,field investigation found problems in the process of combination,and consult literature points out its existing deficiencies,and the problem of social capital theory to Coleman anatomy,depth to dig the root of the problem and deficiency found specification weakening weakening,loss of trust,social networks and weak penalties and other reasons.The fourth chapter is a typical mode and can draw lessons from the experience of the domestic,and expounds in dongcheng district of Beijing,Shanghai changning district and community grids management practice in yichang,central China's hubei province,and lessons from the experience to complement the zibo is insufficient.The fifth chapter puts forward countermeasure Suggestions to perfect the grid of zibo is community governance,this article put forward should foster trust relationship,the relationship between network and improve the specification and the transformation government function four point ofview,to perfect the governance of zibo is community grids.
