Research On The Construction Of Grassroots Service Platform Of Human Resources And Social Security

In recent years,with the State Council streamlining administration,delegating more powers to lower-level governments and society,improving regulation and optimizing services,The status and role of grassroots public service platform gradually emerged.As an important part of public service,strengthening the grass-roots service platform of human resources and social security is not only a powerful measure to perfect the public service system of human resources and social security,but also an important indicator to identify the capacity of public service.Xiaoshan District,Hangzhou,in the construction of social security service platform for the continuous improvement and reform,and achieved some success.However,due to the increase of service targets,the accumulation of service contents and the increase of service demand,there are still many shortcomings in the current grass-roots service platform for human resources and social security.In this study,the literature,questionnaires,case analysis and other methods,combined with relevant theoretical analysis,based on the actual service platform of human resources and social security in Xiaoshan District,through investigation and analysis,we found that there are such problems as the backward hardware facilities,the unreasonable use of funds,the instability of staff and the lack of capacity for business operation.Based on the reference of the advanced models at home and abroad,this paper puts forward that we should insist on the people-oriented,service-oriented and problem-oriented,based on systematic principles,standardization principles and scientific principles.From the aspects of tamping the three basic conditions of human resources and social security for grassroots service platform organizations,sites,and funds,improving system construction,improving work standards,and strengthening team management,we will improve the level of human resources and social security services at the grassroots level and improve public satisfaction.
