| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the central and local governments have attached great importance to the use of modern information technology to innovate administrative approval and public service methods to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,and help build a service-oriented government that satisfies the people.The reform is further advanced,and the state has put forward a new requirement that the people of enterprises can only enter one door and run at most once.Human resources and social security(hereinafter referred to as human resources and social security)informatization services are an important part of my country’s informatization government services.Based on the basic principles of service decentralization,management and service reform,and building a service-oriented government,the basic principles are to improve the satisfaction of the people and the human society.Service level expands in two dimensions.At present,my country has not yet established a unified national e-government platform.Due to the different levels of economic development in various regions,there is a large gap in the information service capacity of the human society in various regions.Relatively speaking,the degree of informatization of the human society in county-level departments is relatively weak.It is very important for county-level human resources and social security departments to base themselves on reality,improve the level of informatization services,and provide the people with high-quality,efficient and equalized human resources and social services.This paper studies the current situation of the information service of the Human Resources and Social Security in L City,Yueyang City,Hunan Province,and conducts a survey of satisfaction with the information service of the local people.The imbalance of urban and rural service levels and the low satisfaction of the people.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems,combined with new public management theories and new public services theories,and drawing on domestic advanced experience,it is proposed to improve the human and social services Measures such as improving window service capabilities,expand service channels,improving social security card service efficiency,and improving the quality of human and social service teams to improve the information service level of the grassroots human resources and social management departments are conducive to building a convenient,efficient,and satisfying person The social sector has a certain reference significance for the grassroots human and social sectors with comparable economic levels. |
