Study On The Construction Of Big Data Platform For County Level Human Resources And Social Security Systems In Shandong Province

Recently,with the fast development of the Human Resources and Society Security System in our country,the department have collected large handling data,which relates to every body's hole life.County-level social data platform is the basis of the whole province and even the whole country's social data collection.However,due to the limitations of funds and technology,there are still many deficiencies in the construction of social data platform,and the huge potential of social data in serving the government and society has not been fully exploited.So taking Yiyuan County of Shandong Province as an example,this paper studies the construction of large data platform of Shandong Province's county-level human society system.By constructing large data platform of human society system,integrating data of human society system,data sharing inside and outside human society system can be realized,and the role of big data as basic strategic resource in social field can be brought into full play.At the same time,the scientific decision-making and management of public service can be promoted.This paper mainly used the literature research method and interview research method.Through collecting and sorting out the domestic and foreign research literature,the theoretical basis and related concepts supporting the writing of this paper are obtained.At the same time,through interviews,the problems and reasons in the process of building the large data platform of Yiyuan County's human society system are analyzed and summarized.By drawing lessons from the relevant theoretical achievements and practical experience at home and abroad,the construction of the large data platform of Shandong Province's county-level human society system is further improved.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward.This paper mainly consists of seven parts.The first part is introduction,which introduces the background,the meaning,the methods and the domestic and international research.The second part introduces the related theories of the study.The third part summarizes the construction of the data platform of Shandong and Yiyuan.The forth part raises five problems and the relative reasons in the course of the construction.The fifth part discusses the experience of large data platform construction in Weihai City,Shandong Province.The sixth part proposes methods to improve the construction according to the problems mentioned in the forth part.The last part is the summary of the paper.
