Urban gas is in the range of public utilities among urban infrastructure construction.Because of popularization and development of urban gas,the household gas appl i ances have become widel y used.I n t he i ncr easi ngl y accel er at i ng devel opment of market econorry,the Shanghai household gas appliance market exposes imperfection of market system,holes in related supervision and inadequata user management.These problems urgently need to be improved and standardized by related government department.Based on field research,questionnaire and literature reference such three kinds of data collection,the author will use mathematical statistics and quantitative analysis two methods analyze and summrarize data and material to make sure that the conclusion of the paper provide objective and reliabla basis.The thesis discussed about the present situation of Shanghai government's super vi si on in gas appl i ance market,anal yzed t he probl ems t hat arise,and found some proper suggestions and solutions after in-depth study.In the Shanghai household gas appl i ances market,there exi st various kinds of problems,which relevant st at i st i cs show that the Shanghai gas appliances issues accounted for near 70 percent of total gas accidents.Therefore,it is more import ant for Shanghai government to focus on the supervision of qualified gas appliances production,the guidance of regular selling channels and the propaganda of after-sales installation and maintenance.As a result,st andi ng on t he vi ewof Shanghai government super vi si on of t he househol d gas appl i ance market,the dissertation that author proposed belowsteps for resolution.In the first part,the writer maked a general overviewfromtwo aspects,one of which is from the Shanghai househol d gas appl i ance mar ket devel opment history and its pr esent si t uat i on,while another is fromgovernrrent supervision department' s system and situation.In the Second phase,the writer studied the situation of current Shanghai household gas appl i ances market and anal yzed t he probl errs occurred by means of quot a sarrpling from different gas appliances users(employees,gas appliances manufacturing enterprises,gas enterprises,Gas Trade Association and other public organization staff).At last,on the one hand,to give serve punishment on illegal household gas appliance issues,the author suggested introducing some related laws and transforming ng government function.And on the other hand,to improve the government supervision of Shanghai household gas appliance market,she advised that a communication bridge connecting government and gas appliance production corrpanies is necessary.The research method the author used in this thesis reflects the comparison of three main parts of production,consumption and management.Through the corrbined research model of theory and practice,the witer pointed out what roles these three parts play under government supervision management.Moreover,the witer used corrparative analysis to find out the problerrs and raised new ideas of government supervision.This constructive and practical proposal will promote study and theory of government supervision reform on household gas appliance market.
