Research On Public Service Optimization Of Large-scale Sports Events In China

With the development of society and the progress of the economy,the overall quality of the nation has steadily increased,and sports events have become more and more concerned by the public.Public service belongs to the state function,is part of the state administration,and is also the key content of the current countries to promote people's well-being and promote reform.Sports public service is an important part of it.It recommends the health science movement to the public,increases the proportion of sports in public life,and makes sports more popular as a public leisure choice.It can be said that the development level of sports public services is the performance of national economic construction and social harmony,and the construction of urban sports public services is very important.This paper expounds the definitions of core concepts such as large-scale sports events and public services,understands its nature and connotation,combines the theory of new public services with the theory of multiple governance,and then understands the status quo of public service development and its organizational structure and functions in China's large-scale sports events.The status quo of its operation and development,the practical difficulties and reasons for large-scale sports events.This paper takes the 13th National Games as a typical case,focusing on the achievements and shortcomings of the 13th National Games,and proposes scientific and reasonable solutions.The research methods of the thesis include literature method,case analysis method,mathematical statistics method and questionnaire survey method.The survey on the management of the thirteenth large-scale sports events to the audience during the event management process,based on the perspective of the audience,referees and athletes,conducted the investigation and analysis of the satisfaction of the event management of the 13th National Games.By collecting and integrating the relevant materials in the development of the public service of the 13th National Games,we will visit relevant experts and scholars to deeply study the development status of the public service of the National Games in large-scale sports brand events,large-scale sports venues and large-scale sports associations.The management of the event and the construction of the public service system,combined with the experience of China's large-scale sports events,provide useful guidance for China's future large-scale sports events.Finally,the measures for the development of public service for large-scale sports events are to explore the development model of sports events involving multiple entities,improve the public service system,the performance and incentive mechanism of public service work assessment,improve the development of public services for large-scale sports events,and plan and coordinate at the government level.The implementation of relevant systems will realize the optimization proposal of combining the resources of the Quartet,cultivating the new situation of diversified sports social forces,rationally allocating sports public resources,strengthening the effectiveness of sports public service research work,and improving the development of public services for large-scale sports events.
