Research On The Effect Of The Legislation On The Development Of Tea Industry

In March 2012,the legislations "promoting the development of tea industry in Fujian province" was voted on by the Twenty-Ninth session of the Eleven Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of Fujian province and implemented in June 12.This is the first local law and regulation related to the tea industry in Fujian province to meet the needs of social development.Various approaches such as field investigation,exchange visits,information and data analysis were used to analyze the situation of agricultural legislation at home and abroad,and explain the influence of laws and regulations on the Chinese tea industry in the period of Tang,Song,Yuan,Ming,Qing and Republic of China.Taking the regulations"promoting the development of tea industry in Fujian province" in 2012 as a case to interpret the contents of the regulations,including the development plan of the tea industry,the agricultural machinery of tea production and processing,the brand construction of tea enterprises,the tea service system,the tea fertilizer,pesticide and other agricultural investment,the tea quality traceability system and the support measures to promote the development of tea industry.The promotion of legislations on tea production,ecological tea garden construction,tea factory renovation,tea quality safety,technology popularization and application as well as tea brand construction in Fujian Province were analyzed.In order to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the tea industry in Fujian,the government,industry organizations and enterprises were suggested to overcome the shortage of relevant regulations,lack of tea e-commerce part and the poor implementation effect of the mortgage system in the mountain tea garden.
