Research On The Training Needs Of Primary Students In Wuhan

The selection of students is an important force in our country's civil service,and the level of the ability of selecting and transferring students at the grass-roots level is related to the development of various national enterprises.At present,education training is the most direct and effective way to improve the ability of the primary selection of students,and the key to the training of education is to analyze the training needs.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out the training demand analysis and research on the basic selection of primary school students.This paper elaborates on the relevant concepts of training demand analysis,and adopts the method of interview and questionnaire to conduct an empirical study on the primary selection of students in Wuhan.According to the survey to study the status quo Wuhan Xuan Diao Sheng training at the grass-roots level,using the theory of training demand analysis from three levels:organization,task(work),individual requirements in terms of demand analysis,aiming at the problems existing in the investigation in Wuhan city grassroots XuanDiaoSheng training,there are not enough importance,lack of training needs analysis,lack of training system,training methods,basic XuanDiaoSheng thoughts appeared deviation,XuanDiaoSheng management is not standard,grassroots XuanDiaoSheng many problems of life,and so on questions,advice from attaches great importance to the grass-roots XuanDiaoSheng ideological training work,completes the training needs analysis,establish the perfect training system,enrich training content and improve training methods,pay attention to grassroots XuanDiaoSheng thoughts guide training work of grass-roots civil servants countermeasures and Suggestions.
