The Research On The Mediation Mechanism Of Urban Public Space Micro-Contradictions

Urban public space is an open space between cities or urban buildings.It is a place where urban residents gather to carry out social activities,providing rich possibilities for the social development of citizens.With the development of the economy and the continuous improvement of living standards,the concept of the materialistic life of urban residents in the past that only pursued food and clothing began to shift to the concept of leisure-style life,and gradually began to pursue a healthier lifestyle.Therefore,outdoor recreation and leisure life has become residents.An important part of everyday life.This makes the urban public space integrating functions of leisure,communication and fitness activities into one of the first choices for residents to perform activities such as fitness,leisure and entertainment.But nowadays there is a lag in urban planning.The development of urban public space has not kept pace with the needs of residents.The ratio of the number of urban public spaces is difficult to match with the growing needs of residents.This has led to all kinds of micro-contradictions in public spaces.Such as public activity noise,competition for public places,casual use of public space and a series of negative phenomena.The reasons for this are minor.Most of them are contradictions between neighbors,and violent conflicts that do not involve legal adjudication are easily overlooked.However,if they are not promptly intervened,dredged or cured,they will evolve into a series of serious malignant social events and new social conflicts.This paper uses case analysis method and literature analysis method to expound the proper mediation mechanism of urban public space micro contradiction from the perspective of governance theory and social conflict theory,and analyzes the problems existing in the micro contradiction mediation at this stage.Pointed out that the main causes of problems are: lack of public awareness of the public space responsibility awareness,lack of linkages and cooperation between the responsible subjects in the emergency response process,lack of cooperation with the modern media emergency response;a single expression of interest appeal channels,lack of supervision of emerging interest claims channels The division of powers and responsibilities of the relevant departments is not clear and ineffective;the main body of the responsibility,the communication between the parties is not smooth,the working attitude of the autonomous organization is loose;the government's investment in the construction of urban public space is insufficient,and the construction of relevant laws and regulations for the protection of interests is backward.According to the causes of the problems,it proposes the construction of a micro-contradictory mediation mechanism: timely emergency disposal methods should be timely and appropriate,use modern media to publish real information,cultivate citizen' public space awareness of rights and obligations,and strengthen Party and government officials' sense of responsibility and governance,and maintain On the basis of smoothing traditional appeal channels,innovative interest appeal channels are created and the channels for emerging appeals are supervised;the autonomy mediation function of autonomous organizations is emphasized,communication between responsible parties of all parties is strengthened,and citizens' moral awareness is cultivated;The investment in space construction will improve relevant laws and regulations to protect residents' interests in the public space.
