The examination of Chinese civil worker’s recruitment started from ’Provisional Regulations on Civil Servants’published in1993. Late starting and Underdevelopment leads to problems. With the rising competitive levels of the examination, people’s attention on the fairness of the examination is also rising, and the fairness of the examination is proposed higher requirements.Structured interview, with its highly structured and standardized, which brings civil service recruiting interview more impartial and justice, plays an important role in recruiting civil servants interview. In recent years, the practice of the civil examination provides first-hand information for the civil service examination fairness study. Theoretical study pointed out the direction of improvement practice, and the combine of theory and practice has been a great success. Either practice or theory of the recruiting civil interview in Jiangsu Province is at the forefront of the country.However, typical cases appeared in the structured interview of civil worker’s recruitment in JiangSu province, such as questions leak in the interview process, examiner doze in rating process, hard to master reliability and difficulty for the proposition, supervisors scored wrong, etc., etc.. These problems have greatly affected the fairness and scientific of the civil service examination., the civil service recruiting department of Jiangsu Province tried various methods to solve these problems, but the problems exit all the time. Through these we can find some problems affect the fair and scientific needed to be explored and resolved. This topic analyzes these issues, draws its causes, in order to explore and propose recommendations to address these issues under the basic framework of the structured interview, with a view to help to improve the fairness and scientific in civil service interview.This paper is divided into four parts:First, describes the background and significance of the topic, introduce the interview of civil servants recruited research at home and abroad, and determine the research direction; Second, introduce the brief theory of interview, to lay the foundation for further understanding of the elements of a structured interview; Third, the introduction of Jiangsu Province Civil structured interview situation, the existing problems and cause analysis from the macro and micro aspects; Fourth, explorations and recommendations to solve the existing problems.
