Improve The Rationality Of Structured Interview Results

Structured interview is the most common interview method in the open recruitment of government agencies and institutions.More and more attention has been paid to the procedure and standardization in the recruitment of public institutions,and the rationality of the structured interview results of public institutions has also become an important issue for the interviewers.It has been more than ten years since the public recruitment system was implemented in the subordinate institutions of Jiangsu Provincial Department of education.The application of structured interview is relatively mature,but the gap between the actual interview effect and the employment goal is obvious.This paper mainly focuses on the results of structured interview of public recruitment in public institutions.Taking Jiangsu Provincial Department of education as an example,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the rationality of structured interview results from the related factors of structured interview.The influencing factors are analyzed from internal and external aspects,which are divided into proposition,evaluation factors and interview process factors;external factors are divided into examiners,examinees and training institutions.And according to the three dimensions of internal and external factors,empirical research is carried out,and the evaluation of structured interview results is obtained.This paper puts forward the improvement measures to improve the rationality of structured interview results from three aspects: improving the internal structure of interview,reducing the interference of external participants and establishing the tracking feedback mechanism.
