Interview is a talent assessment technique, which was used as a personnel selection way long before. In our country,the interview was widely applied in the imperial in ancient time. Now,interview has been used in the examination by Britain, France, the U.S., Japan and other countries, it is proportion has also increased. The interview study of theory and practice in our country is just starting, which has many loopholes, practice system is still not perfect compared with the western. Promulgated by the China state in 1993, the provisional regulations on civil servants to interview will be introduced to the civil servants employed tests; In January 2006, China's official servant law, this is began implementing the over 50 years our country the first comprehensive law of the cadre and personnel management to improve cadre management, establishing modern civil service system provides a legal basis.Structured interview is the way which used by the employ interview of civil servant of our country. Now,the system of Structured interview which has great reliability and validity is developing with particular and vivid. However ,there are many, defects and loopholes in the structured interview with the developing of the society and the examinee. This paper has the conclusion , pointing out these questions that the composition of the examiner is not reasonable, the professional knowledge and technology of the examiner is shortage, the design of the test questions is singleness, which lack of depth and difficulty, the interview procedure is rigid, lack of innovation, the supervision and publicity of the interview is still not perfect, the reliability and validity of the interview is not enough, and offer a proposal to establishing and completing the reasonable the examiner team, designing the reasonable the interview questions, innovating the interviews technology ,strengthening the interview organization and implementation, strengthening the research of the interview reliability and validity aspects of countermeasures.
