Study On Urban Pension Policy Optimization Under The Social Ecological Perspective

With the development of economy and society,the aging trend of urban population is becoming more and more serious.With the emergence of old age,the problem of urban pension has gradually become a concern.Nowadays,under the impact of factors such as economic and social development and traditional old-age care,people gradually increase the demand and demand for the elderly.Under this background,the three pension modes(family support,institutional pension and home care)emerge as the times require.With the implementation and application of the three types of pension models in China,the urban old-age service policy in China is facing various problems.Under the policy concept of comprehensive responsibility,facing the urgent need of urban aged care service in our country,China has released a lot of policy texts based on the social pension service system.At present,the old-age service is not only lack of service facilities,but also lack of service resources,and the main body of the service itself has a lack of ability to pay.This new shortage not only affects the implementation of services,but also causes the existing service facilities and service providers to face the danger of development and even fade away.The urban old-age service policy urgently needs to transform the policy concept and shift the focus of the policy to the related design of service implementation.The research on the urban old-age service policy accords with the direction of the country's overall construction,and also conforms to the development of the international pension model.Combining with the current trend of aging serious social environment,the pension service policy for cities and towns as the main research content,the background,target,object,significance of the urban endowment service policy paper,indicating that the current pension service policy for urban evolution and interpretation of the policy,to clarify the general requirements,the main urban pension policy the mission objectives and application resources,advantages of analytical towns in the ecological perspective of pension service policy and the insufficiency,and corresponding policy recommendations according to the inadequacies,in order to promote the optimization of urban endowment service policy.
