Study On Villager Autonomy In Rural Social Governance In China

As the core content of democratic political construction in rural areas,villager autonomy is the legal mode of rural social governance.After more than 30 years of development,the villagers' self-government has achieved certain achievements,which greatly promoted the stability of social order and economic development in rural areas.But along with the advancement of urbanization and the transformation of social structure,such as democratic election has occurred in the villagers' autonomy of the main body lack fause,democratic management and democratic decision-making,democratic supervision and become a mere formality,which influence the development of rural society and the comprehensive well-off process.In this paper,the author tries to make an in-depth study of the problems existing in villagers' self-government in China,to explore the causes and propose solutions.This paper takes X town of henan province as the research object,and conducts research through literature review,questionnaire survey and interviews with villagers.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,the current research status,research methods and innovation of this paper.The second part elaborates relevant concepts and theoretical basis;In the third part,through questionnaire survey and interview,the author summarizes the problems existing in the operation of "four democracy".The fourth part,mainly from the imperfect system,the existence of a variety of conflicts,the collective economic weakness,the lack of autonomy and the lack of autonomous culture and so on;The fifth part puts forward corresponding strategies and Suggestions from five aspects: perfecting the system foundation,perfecting the foundation of the organization,developing the material foundation,improving the political and cultural foundation and fostering a good innovation environment.
