Study On The Relative Deprivation And Public Service Satisfaction Of Urban Residents

The research on the relationship between the individual relative deprivation and the satisfaction of social organization's public service is the deepening of the research on the social impact of individual relative deprivation.The sense of relative deprivation is a kind of implicit negative emotion,which is based on the difference between the individual value expectation and the value ability.The satisfaction of public service is based on the perception evaluation of individual expectation and actual perception difference under the service provided by the government and other public sectors.It is an explicit attitude response.Social transition makes people more easily perceive some significant changes to the strong sense of relative deprivation,as a kind of negative social mentality,strong sense of relative deprivation can reduce people's satisfaction of public service.The article cites CGSS2015 data and adopts Logit ordered regression analysis method to preliminarily analyze the relationship between relative deprivation and public service satisfaction.Relative deprivation study divided into vertical and horizontal relative deprivation relative deprivation to two dimensions,the public service satisfaction can be divided into plenty of sexual satisfaction,satisfaction with balance,convenience satisfaction,pratt &whitney sexual satisfaction four dimensions,the results show that relative deprivation dimensions of each dimension and public service satisfaction are negatively correlated;The relative deprivation is negatively correlated with the overall satisfaction of public service.Overall relative deprivation was negatively correlated with overall satisfaction of public service.In addition,the age of individual characteristics,education,marriage and political status also have a certain influence on the satisfaction of public service.The study is of great significance to improve the public service satisfaction of urban residents from the perspective of social mentality.
