Problems And Improving Strategies Of The Needy Workers In Jiangxi Trade Union

At present,China's rural poverty relief has entered the stage of decisive battle,but the work of helping the needy workers in cities and towns is relatively weak.More than 70 million people are in need of precision poverty alleviation,but mainly farmers in poor areas,not needy workers.Compared with the rural poor,needy workers lack land,and housing,health care,education and other basic rigid expenditure on life,more and greater difficulties than the average poor in rural areas.As soon as they are unemployed,sick or children go to school,life is more difficult to continue,and it is a long way to go.The labor union takes the construction of harmonious labor relations as the main line and takes the needs of the broad masses of workers as the guidance.It actively participates in the construction of social security system,and plays a positive role in developing difficult workers' precise assistance and solving difficulties.In recent years,with government support,Jiangxi trade union assist government to help the needy,set up the system include“ safeguard legal rights?succor?service”,improve the system of safeguarding the economic interests of workers and staff,played an active role in the work,making the needy feel the warm of government.However,the factors and difficulties that restrict and influence the urban workers to extricate themselves from difficulties still exist and need to be paid close attention to and solved properly.In the practical work,how to effectively improve the mechanism to carry out precision help to the needy workers,and to promote the regularization of the trade union's help work is a new challenge that the trade union is facing at present.Most of the needy workers exist in the enterprise,and the number of staff and workers in difficult institutions is relatively small.This paper focuses on the needy workers of enterprises,on the basis of reviewing the development course and system construction of labor union help work in Jiangxi Province,analyzes on the present situation of the helping work of the needy workers in cities and towns and the problems encountered in the implementation of the precision help work,to put forward in the new period to do a good job in the work of trade unions to help the countermeasures and suggestions.
