Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Trade Union In Z City In Helping The Workers With Difficulties

Accurate assistance is an important poverty alleviation and development policy in China.The labor union organization,which is formed based on the working class,is the spokesperson of the majority of workers.It is necessary to firmly implement the spirit of the party’s precise assistance.Its rescue nature is also the concrete embodiment of the socialist essence.With the continuous development of trade union assistance,on the one hand,the stability and belonging of the staff and workers can be further strengthened,on the other hand,it can provide necessary assistance for the steady development of society.With the rapid development of society and economy,various causes of poverty are changing,and the environment and form of trade union assistance are changing.In this context,the paper proposes the corresponding problem solving strategies on the premise of respecting the national conditions of our country,which will help to improve the effectiveness of the work of trade union assistance.With the increasing diversification of the needs of the poor people,higher and higher requirements have been put forward for the work of trade union assistance.In view of the problems existing in the actual assistance work of the trade union in Z City,it is the key to improve the actual effect of the difficult assistance to establish the work Countermeasures of the trade union in solving the difficult assistance.In order to do a better job of the trade union’s difficult assistance work,this paper summarizes and analyzes the practical experience of the domestic and foreign governance difficulties assistance,combined with the actual Countermeasures of the trade union in Z City in solving the difficulties assistance work,through the methods of interview research and literature research,analyzes the current situation of the difficult workers and the current situation of the difficult workers’ assistance work in Z city.Through the analysis of the problems and reasons of the trade union in Z City,this paper makes clear the problems and reasons of the trade union in the aspects of resource integration ability,help form,help fund,help effect and trade union status.Finally,from the establishment of a linkage mechanism involving multiple subjects,the improvement of the content of trade union assistance work,the enhancement of the sense of ownership of workers in difficulties,the establishment of a fund-raising mechanism and the enhancement of positive interaction with citizens,the paper puts forward the implementation countermeasures to improve the trade union assistance work in Z city.It is hoped that it can provide some ideas and useful reference for the help of workers in difficulties in the future.
