Along with the socialist market economy,the system reform is deepening,especially with the establishment of modern enterprise system,it is more and more important to strengthen democratic management in state-owned enterprises and build harmonious labor relations.Through democratic construction,it can safeguard the fundamental interests of the state-owned enterprises,which can promote the formation of enterprises to the heart and cohesion,and enhance the enterprise’s image,and ensure the good management ability and development ability and then promote its more scientific,democratic and standardized.At the same time,strengthening the construction of workers’ democratic management is conducive to improving the basic quality of the staff,maintaining their vital interests,and pushing the staff to participate in enterprise management consciously,therefore,It is of practical significance to study the democratic management of employees of the company。Scholars have carried out empirical research on democratic management at home and abroad,but lack of research on state-owned enterprises.The study chose CRRC Zhuzhou motor Co.,Ltd as a research object.First of all,the concept of workers’ democratic management is clearly defined,and the suitable measuring tools are selected,and the sampling method is used to carry out a questionnaire survey of the company’s employees.A total of 461 effective samples were recovered,and the results of the investigation were analyzed again,and the problems of the management of the company’s workers were found.The main problems are as follows: the democratic consciousness of the company’s management and the grass-roots staff needs to be further enhanced;the democratic management form needs to be innovative and thorough;the operation mechanism of the workers’ democratic management should be further improved;the employee participation should be further expanded;some functions of the trade union have not been set,which led to the formality of the democratic management;the democratic voting is not rigorous,and the staff’s right to know is not guaranteed.Without the comprehensive and thorough participation,the democratic management urgently needs to be further strengthened.Therefore,the paper puts forward the corresponding management suggestions to strengthen the construction of trade unions,to improve and enrich the management of the workers’ democratic management and to promote the democratic management form innovation.This paper advances the empirical research of workers’ democratic management and provides practical direction for the democratic management of the company’s trade unions.Managers can strengthen trade union construction,trade union practice and promote the democratic management,which can motivate employees’ passion and enthusiasm to participate in the company’s management and finally leads to create a harmonious and harmonious atmosphere.
