A Study On Willingness To Participate In Old-age Villagers In Xiyuan Village

According to the data from the China Health and Elderly Care Survey,as of the end of 2017,the country's aging population has reached 18.1%.Among them,the aging of rural population is not only higher than that of urban areas,but also faster than that of urban areas.The problem of rural old-age support will directly affect the process of building a well-off society in China.However,the function of family pension in rural areas has been declining.Institutional pension development is lagging behind.Community pension,which combines the advantages of family pension and institutional pension,has become the best solution to rural pension.Therefore,it is particularly important for community pensions to take root in rural areas and ensure the community's retirement is truly integrated into the life of the villagers.The villagers' knowledge,attitudes,judgments,and evaluations of community endowment support and willingness to participate determine whether community endowment can be recognized by villagers.And acceptance.This paper takes the villagers' willingness to participate in community care as an angle of view to study the influence of cognition,attitude and judgment of the villagers in Xiyuan Village of Jianyang District of Nanping City on the participation willingness,and explore the internal relationship of these factors.Based on the theory of planned behaviors,this paper adds villagers' survey on the identification of community pension patterns and builds a research framework for villagers' willingness to participate.Based on the field survey data of Xiyuan Village,the paper uses spss software to carry out a series of analysis and analysis of survey data:such as reliability test,principal component analysis and regression analysis,and analyzes and tests the survey results.The analysis results are in line with the theoretical logic of planning behavior.The relationship between identity variables and participation intention is also in agreement with other relevant research results in the same category.According to the study results of villagers' willingness to participate in community care in Xiyuan Village of Jianyang District,corresponding countermeasures are proposed,namely,creating a warmer community care environment,improving the management and supervision system of community endowment,cultivating a professional community care service team,and building a multi-subject participation Community care platform.
