Study Of Chinese-Vietnamese Relationship Under The Belt And Road

China-Vietnam diplomacy is an important part of Chinese international relations,especially its peripheral diplomacy.Our two countries have a common border and an inextricably link,as close as lips and teeth,we were close to each other and had fought together against the foreign aggression in the 1960s,but there are also wars between the two countries.After the resumption of China-Vietnam diplomatic relations in 1991,the bilateral relations have been substantially improved under the efforts of two countries.Due to other factors such as the "South China Sea issue",the relationship between China and Vietnam have dropped off in recent years.So,how to do well the relationship with this unmoved neighood in the new historical period becomes the important topic that the contemporary scholars must face.Today,HOw to maintain a long-term stable peripheral environment is particularly important under the background that the United state does not mention "returning to Asia Pacific" and exiting TPP.the "Belt and Road,Initiative cannot ignore Vietnam.Vietnamese development is inseparable from China,which has been Vietnamese largest trading partner and third investor for 12 years.Similarly,Chinese development cannot be separated from Vietnam,especially the construction of "Belt And Roadn".So the study of China-Vietna relationship under the "Belt and Road" Initiative become particularly important.China and Vietnam have worked together to establish a number of effective cooperation mechanisms in recent years,of which the "two corridors one circle" has achieved greatly from putting forward to implementing and from the cooperation vision to the cooperation reality,bringing benefits to both peoples,and also laid a good foundation for the construction of the "One Belt and One Road."This article includes five parts:The first chapter mainly studies the proposal,cooperation content and development direction of the "One Belt and One Road"initiative;The second chapter mainly studies the development status of China-Vietnam relations since the proposal of "One Belt and One Road";The third chapter mainly analyzes the factors that influence China-Vietnam relationship from the international,regional and internal levels.in the fourth chapter the author will put forward some feasible suggestions to improve China-Vietnam relationship;My conclusion is that:two countries are indispensable to the development of each other,the improvement of bilateral relations is not only the need for the development of two countries and political parties,but also the aspiration of the peoples,if we do well the above,it will greatly promote the comprehensive development of China-Vietnam relationship,and build a true "China-Vietnam community of common destiny".
