The course of military theory is one of the important approaches for colleges to conduct national defense education,as well as an effective way to cultivate students'consciousness of national defense and shape their national defense behavior.It is of practical significance to achieve the national defense education goal in the new era,by studying reasonable and standardized teaching links and elements which ensure the military theory teaching effectiveness.At present,there are few researches on the teaching process of colleges' military theory course,especially using the digital management method to study the measures to scientifically administrate the course.Therefore,this paper by reviewing the articles,subdivided the digital management links in teaching process under Ingredients Method,then chose Xiamen University as a case study and analyzed its policy documents.Eventually,we summarized the digital management chart flow of military theory course's teaching process.Upon the basis,we also observed the classes and practice in person,interviewed the relevant administrators,teachers and students to correct the chart.Besides,questionnaire investigation and further interview also be conducted towards the teachers in Fujian province.In the end,the digital management chart flow and components for military theory course teaching process has been shaped.The whole paper contains four chapters:Chapter one states the research's original intention,significance and current research status,and define the core conceptions as Teaching Process,Digital Management etc.In the same time,analyzing the digital management elements of military theory teaching process theoretically.Chapter two constructs the digital management chart flow of military theory course teaching process;Firstly,classified the teaching indexes of Xiamen University relevant teaching documents under the elements of teaching process in the previous literature review.Secondly,we educed the digital management chart flow of course teaching process,then we consistently edited it through classes observation and practice,interview the administrators,teachers and students.Chapter three is verifying the digital management chart flow of military theory course teaching process is scientific and feasible or not.The proof techniques include analyzing the teaching program and materials,taking the chart flow into practice,making questionnaire to collect teachers' suggestion in Fujian province and further interview.Chapter four is the conclusions and carding outcome of the whole research.By studying the digital management methods of military theory course teaching method in Xiamen University,this paper can reach the following conclusions:First of all,the whole teaching process of military theory course can be divided into three parts:Teaching Preparation,Teaching Organization and Conduction,and Teaching Assessment and Evaluation.The three parts are relatively independent but interrelated with each other,constructing the teaching process being a dynamic cycling system.Thus requires the teachers to summary the teaching experiences continuously and apply them in time,which may improve the teaching effectiveness..Secondly,teaching quality is the heart of military theory curriculum construction,while curriculum construction can provide systemic support for the insurance in course's teaching quality.Because there are no professional resources supply for military course teachers,and lack of the systematic cultivation and training system to support it.Thus we need to tackle the contradiction between working and learning,can take three stage periods to cultivate teaching team,namely Pre-service,Pre-job and After-job.Those measures can simultaneously optimize the supply for teachers rationing.At the same time,we also optimize course resources,interflowing and sharing them,which may improve the teaching quality of military theory course.At the same time,in the period of digital managing the military theory course's teaching process in colleges,we need to take the four principles below:Firstly,When evaluating the course,teachers' advice hold the most while the administrators'and students'outcome occupied secondary status.The distribution of evaluation weight should be combined with the characteristics of the subject.Secondly,the digital management chart flow of military theory course teaching process requires the administrators,teachers and students to corporate hand by hand.Since the military course has no homework after class,the teachers can obtain teaching effectiveness and reflection,generally comes from the communication with students and feedback from administrators,which increase the importance in improving the communication stage between three groups continuously.Thirdly,the digital management chart flow of military theory course teaching process does not mean the indexes are absolute quantification.In the other hand,it only can provide references for administrators and teachers in assessing and conducting the course teaching.Military theory course is aim to set up students'consciousness and conception of national defense through teaching the national defense knowledge and skills,therefore it's necessary to flexible grasp the teaching techniques,the management in teaching process not only be under the colleges'administration policies,but also need to hold the reasonable measurement to quantify those teaching links flexibly.Fourthly,military theory course is aim to cultivate students' consciousness and conception of national defense by teaching the national defense knowledge,in the class teaching process,teachers can exchange ideas with students face in face,which can trigger students' resonance thinking and emotion edification.Consequently,class tutoring must be the core method to teach military theory course,MOOC can only be chosen as an auxiliary way to extend class.
