The construction of scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism is an important content of the management of township civil servants.At present,there are many problems in the incentive mechanism of township civil servants in our country,how to solve these problems effectively is related to the work efficiency and job satisfaction of the township civil servants.The effective incentive mechanism can fully arouse the enthusiasm of the civil servants in the town,so as to give full play to their intelligence and talents,so as to accomplish the task better.Therefore,the research on the incentive mechanism of township civil servants is of great significance.This paper takes the township of shanting district of zaozhuang city as an example,and uses literature research and questionnaires to study the incentive mechanism of the township civil servants.Explained the basic situation of the incentive mechanism of the civil servants in townships and townships,analyzed the main reasons for these problems.Based on this,it put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for establishing and improving the incentive mechanism for the township civil servants.Firstly,optimize incentives.The social and ecological environment in which the mechanism operates effectively.Secondly,strengthen the establishment of incentive systems for the civil servants in townships,including laws and regulations,compensation and benefits,assessment,training,promotion,supervision and management.Thirdly,innovate the incentive methods for civil servants in towns and villages.
