Township Officials of state power as the most grass-roots practitioner, is directly linked to the party’s ties with the people, account for a large proportion of the national civil service, how to manage, play a role in this valuable human resource for the country’s administrative capacity building, government credibility and even improve local economic development is essential. Incentive mechanism is an important part of civil service management, effective incentive mechanism to fully mobilize the enthusiasm, creativity, and give full play to technology, research township civil service incentive mechanism has important theoretical and practical significance to improve the administrative efficiency of the township government.In this paper, Zhuanghe City township government, for example, the use of interviews, literature study and analysis of the induction of township civil service incentive mechanism was discussed and studied. I also hope that through the study, it is possible to identify common problems that exist in grass-roots civil servants incentive for local civil service reform will be the future reference.
