| Internet coverage in China as well as the Internet population expanded year by year,the life of the Internet is also slowly permeate into the political arena,a growing number of Internet users to participate in the discussion of public decision-making,thanks to the Internet.For Internet users to engage in public decision-making this behavior,academic opinions vary industry,Public decision-making and personal opinions are bound to a confrontation,also means a more controversial,the emergence of more two stage dialogue.Optimistic scholars believe that this kind of dialogue has promoted the political participation of the public and helped promote the development of political democratization.Pessimistic scholars believe that this kind of dialogue is not conducive to the development of Internet users and the restriction of the state system.The core of this paper will be "dialogue",which is the dialogue and communication between the government and netizens,and the selected analysis samples are "hanshan wen zhong",a platform of sunshine convenience in suzhou city.As far as the current research is conceerned,the dialogue between the government and netizens mainly includes the government’s active dialogue and the active dialogue between netizens.In both models,the government’s response is particularly important.When to respond,how to respond,whether there is any follow-up,is one of the problems that the author will focus on.In the government’s active dialogue mode,the online lead to offline activities will help to restore the trust of netizens to the government,which is also the place where the author will discuss.In addition,on the platform of "hanshan wenzhong",the author also found that there were discussions on public decision-making among netizens.Different from the arbitrariness of private space,the dialogue among netizens has certain tendency of topic.Therefore,in this kind of Internet public space in which the government participates,the government not only appears the behavior of "onlookers",but also participates in it.This article will combine public sphere theory and communicative interaction theory,from the dialogue relationship between subject,object and subject aspects such as government and Internet users in the network of public space dialogue type study,and then to the present this kind of network public space of the emergence of bud of deliberative democracy mechanism were discussed. |
