The issue of grass-roots civil servants' pay has always been regarded as a very sensitive political topic.It is an important component of the whole civil servant salary system,and it is inseparable in the whole social system.It not only concerns both individually and family economic interest and and social impact,but also has a major impact on social equality values,and it has a very important role in the stabilization of the team construction and the improvement of executive function,and it has a profound effect on the harmony of the new age countries.This article's based on the grass-roots civil servants In Nanhai District,Foshan City as the research object,through the analysis of present situation of grass-roots civil service payment system,designed to explore the deep-seated reasons for problems in the process of reform and the existing problems,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.The article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes research background,research significance and research design.The second part is the theoretical basis of compensation and the literature review,based on the basic concepts defined to tease out the related compensation theory,understand the latest development of grass-roots civil servants' pay at home and abroad,and a brief review.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of civil service salary system in Nanhai district,including the process of salary evolution and the analysis of the current salary system,the fourth part is the analysis of existing problems in the grass-roots civil service pay system in Nanhai district,,through the questionnaire survey to the pay system design,distribution and recycling,and the results were statistically analyzed,finding the problems and causes of the problem.The fifth part is the measures and Suggestions to perfect the grass-roots civil service pay system in Nanhai district,mainly from these three aspects to explain,including the optimization of the structure of grass-roots civil servants' pay,improve the performance appraisal mechanism as well as build diversified salary incentive mechanism.Compared with the traditional macro point of view of research and discussion,this article is mainly from a small level to analyze the range of grass-roots civil servants' pay,in order to provide a relatively applicable research framework for standardization and institutionalization of grass-roots civil servants' pay system.
