Analysis Of Private Enterprise In Community Home Care Services Model And Path

The concept of Chinese family supporting is profound.However,in recent years,China’s economic strength has been increasing,the social transformation has accelerated and the family structure has changed.Traditional family supporting mode cannot afford the old-age care.The traditional institutional supporting is in the awkward position of "the public can’t get in and the people can’t afford it".In this context,the community home care system with institutional supporting and family endowment characteristics is highly praised.However,the model of community home care service is not perfect and there are still problems such as low acceptance of the elderly,inadequate service orientation,sluggish market operation mechanism and loss of professional talents.If we can actively promote private enterprises to participate in community home care services through the socialization of old-age care,it is of great significance to relieve our country’s old-age pressure and enrich the supporting model.Facing the plight of community home endowment,This paper begins with an analysis of the feasibility of the private enterprise in community home care services.with the help of L company in community home endowment service instance,through interviews and field survey,it discusses the private supporting enterprises with government support,the PPP model in the Internet integration supporting industry dividend and its related experience under the advantages of developing community home service.Research on the company’s operating model from three aspects:capital supply,human capitap support,and service output.This paper points out that the private enterprises in community home endowment service.on the one hand,reduces the government financial burden and improves the service level and scale,revitalizing the social endowment resources;On the other hand,it is also faced with problems such as large financial pressure,inadequate digging of elderly pain points,weak and inflexible service mode and serious loss of professional talents.As a result,this paper argues that private endowment enterprise should from two aspects of authigenic industry planning and industry transformation,which are mainly in financing,talent development and professional capacity building and the Internet medical integration aspects such as grinding strength,increasing the supporting service professional and targeted,which is towards the brand,specialization,vertical and horizontal design and development of the chaining.
