At present,China has entered a new era.The main contradiction of our society has been transformed into the contradiction between the growing demand for better life and the unbalanced development of the people.China's economy has shifted from rapid growth to high quality development,and political stability is basically stable,but local contradictions are prominent.In recent years,with the popularity of the Internet,some real events will explode on the Internet and develop into Internet public opinion events.This paper first analyzes the Chinese moment of frequent reasons and characteristics of network public opinion,public opinion through the "Beijing red yellow blue child abuse event judged cut,formation and characteristics of the network public opinion groups,proposed in the individual network public opinion has the characteristics of ignorance of the" rational ".In the fifth chapter,the author analyzes the causes of psychological effects and the sharing of information in Internet public opinion,and analyzes the characteristics of netizens sharing information and disseminating information.The sixth chapter makes use of the subject facultative theory of Ideological and political education to compare the subject,object and noumenon with the subject and object of Ideological and political education in the public opinion of the network.Finally,it is suggested that the network public opinion can not be regarded as an emergency,and it is governed by the public opinion.The ideological and political educators and the government should strengthen the daily education and supervision of the parties,and put forward that it is possible to shape the necessary mimicry environment through the joint parties.
