Rational Emotional Therapy Modes Involved In Rectification Personnel Psychological Problem Case Study

Community correction originated from the idea of socialization of punishment in the modern school in the late nineteenth Century.As a new mode of execution,it focuses more on the transformation of criminals and the implementation of non custodial penalties.After more than 100 years of continuous improvement and development,focusing on the transformation of criminals and the execution mode of criminals re socialization has become the consensus of all countries.In February 25,2011,the eleven session of the nineteenth meeting of the NPC Standing Committee passed the "People's Republic of China criminal law amendment(eight)",clearly defined according to the regulation,and sentenced to probation parole criminals community correction,marking the establishment of China's community correction system,laid the foundation for the implementation of the system reform and perfection of our country's penalty.With the development of community correction in China,all kinds of problems have emerged.For example,in the implementation of community correction,we overemphasize the personal control of community corrections,ignoring the psychological education of community corrections,the quality of staff is generally not high,lack of professional skills training and other issues.If this is in the long run,it is bound to have a bad effect on the reintegration of the rectifying personnel to the society,and even the correctional personnel can not adapt to the society and go back to the road of crime.The policy of correction in the community began to implement the early social work agencies in Shanghai have begun to pay attention to the problem,and use professional methods of social work to provide psychological support for community correction,achieved good results,the success of social work to expand the scope of community correction,make a useful exploration for the development of social work in the field of community correction.This fully shows that through the intervention of professional methods of social work,the correctional personnel can be effectively helped to get out of the dilemma and return to the society.This article from the perspective of rational emotive therapy mode,to correct a Y object as the object of study,through semi-structured interviews,participant observation and SCL-90 symptom checklist and the demand for data collection and analysis of the main excavation case,and according to the case of the main set of short-term goals and long-term goals and specific intervention program.In the process of intervention,this article takes the process of case work as the framework,and introduces the application of various professional techniques in the rational emotional treatment mode in detail.Finally,the whole service process is evaluated and reviewed,and the experience and deficiency of the rational emotional treatment model in the psychological problems of the intervention correctional personnel are summarized.We hope to provide some practical reference for the use of rational emotion therapy in the field of community correction.
