Research On The Application Of Rational Emotion Therapy Model In Judicial Social Work

In the process of judicial reform,juvenile delinquency is a hot topic in both academic and practical circles.In recent years,judicial social work in our country has made a lot of explorations and attempts in the field of juvenile crime,such as Shanghai model,Beijing model and other large-scale models of helping education in China.However,it is not very common to apply the concrete method of case work to the practice of judicial social work.Under this background,it is of both theoretical and practical significance to explore the methods of helping and teaching judicial social work in accordance with the current situation,which is of theoretical and practical significance for the establishment of a scientific and standardized model of helping and teaching.And rational emotional therapy as a case-by-case work One of the specific methods has been applied in various practical areas of social work.The therapy focuses on regulating behavior on the basis of changing the perception of others,which is particularly relevant to the needs of underage criminals.Therefore,after analyzing the present situation of the two existing modes of helping and teaching in Xi'an,this paper chooses the qualitative research methods such as literature,semi-structured interview and case study.According to the practice of the judicial social work organization in Xi'an,the author tries to apply the rational emotional therapy model to the help and education work,and summarizes the experience and deficiency of the application,so as to promote the use of rational emotion in judicial social work in order to promote the use of rational emotion in judicial social work.The treatment model has the greatest effect on the teaching of underage criminals.Through the research,the author explores a set of rational emotional aiding and teaching mode which can be used in the field of juvenile criminals' help and education,and finds that rational emotional therapy model is feasible to apply to juvenile criminals' help and education.For Xi'an judicial social work organizations,can also serve as a kind of help teaching mode choice.
