| Since entering the new period of development,the party and the state have made clear the major development strategy of rural revitalization,which is another major system design and top-level arrangement made by the party for the development of rural areas.This strategy aims to solve the problem of unbalanced and insufficient rural development in China.This is the expectation of the new era of rural development.In addition to relying on the support of national policies,if rural areas want to really develop,they also need to rely on the spontaneous action of villagers.This thesis takes the effective realization path of villagers’ autonomy under the background of Rural Revitalization as the research topic,selects J town of Weihai City as an actual case,and carries out in-depth research and analysis.This thesis first introduces the research background and main purpose of this topic,arranges and reviews the existing literature related to this research,then gives the definition of autonomy and villager autonomy,summarizes the key contents of villager autonomy,studies the relationship between villager autonomy and rural revitalization,and expounds some theories involved.Then take Weihai J town as a case,design the corresponding questionnaire survey for its villagers’ autonomy,and master more firsthand information.After investigation and in-depth analysis,four problems are recognized in the villagers’ autonomy of J Town: the people lack the concept of democracy;the autonomy management system is not perfect;the enthusiasm to participate in autonomy is not enough;and the autonomy ability needs to be improved.Then,these problems are deeply excavated and the reasons behind them are discussed.For example,the main position is not strong,the lack of external supervision,the low comprehensive quality of villagers and so on.Finally,it puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures on how to improve the current situation of villagers’ autonomy in J town of Weihai City,which are:improving the relevant system of villagers’ autonomy,establishing the dominant position of villagers,constructing the supervision and guarantee system,and expounds them in detail... |
