With the rapid urbanization of today's society, the phenomenon of “urban village” has emerged in China's special dual urban-rural system and has been widespread throughout the country. The main problem of urban villages is the illegal occupation of space by the essence of illegal construction.Actually, the space it occupies is not a neutral space in a material sense, but a political space. It is full of contradictions and conflicts in this space, and it is also a stage where each element carries out a game of power. The political element of the example is residents. There has been a clear division of interests. As a typical phenomenon of studying and researching social governance, the problem of urban villages has gradually changed from the original macro perspective to the micro perspective in the observation and reflection of its governance process. That is to say,it has turned to the study of individual rights claims of village residents. The ability, way, and degree of participation to achieve the appeal.Divide the types of residents, clarify the multi-dimension interest pattern and the space demands of different types of residents in this living space, explore the source of poverty, find the forming mechanism and action logic of illegal construction in the village, and reconnect the interests of the residents to be satisfied. The formation of effective governance is the key theoretical focus and academic purport of this paper. This paper takes the example of Chengwan Village,a typical urban village in Gusu District of Suzhou City, and uses the basic theories of administration, sociology, and space politics to conduct research. The paper first introduces the two variables of “embedded stakeholders” and “has local ownership”,and divides the residents of urban village into “original”,“village elite”,“immigrant” and “drifting” IV.Types.Then,from the dimensions of economy, politics, survival(survival)and social interaction, the spatial pattern of these four groups of people is analyzed. As a result, the four types of residents adopted different game strategies and action logics based on their different interests: the "weak weapon" mode of operation(original residents)and the "hidden text" swing mode(village elite type).Residents),the mode of the alliance of "collective action"(immigranttype residents),and the free mode of "self-abandoning"(drifting residents). On the basis of this, from the perspective of promoting harmonious coexistence of various types of people in urban village,it is necessary to propose strategies and suggestions for strengthening the economic sharing, cultural integration, and social participation of residents in urban village.
